Cisco that would enable it to offer high value-added Cisco-based
ICT solutions to existing and new customers. Gold Certification
meant Etisalat has met rigorous standards for networking
competency, service, support and customer satisfaction set forth by

20/11/2008 19:40. Etisalat today announced it has achieved Gold Certification from Cisco which would enable Etisalat to offer high value added Cisco based ICT solutions to existing and new customers.
The partnership further strengthens the Etisalat and Cisco Managed Services Strategic Alliance, improving its capability to deliver managed services offerings to businesses across the UAE.

To earn Gold Certification, Etisalat had to meet rigorous standards for networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction set forth by Cisco. With this achievement, Etisalat has become the first telecom service provider in the Gulf region to attain the prestigious Cisco Gold Certification status.
